・Disinfectants are often placed at a height that wheelchair users cannot reach. (Mobility Impairment)
・I’m worried about infection because I touch things regularly. (Visual Impairment)
・I cannot communicate with people wearing masks. (Hearing Impairment)
・I feel panicked because I cannot tell which information is correct. (Mental Impairment)
・My child with intellectual impairment doesn‘t want to wear a mask. (Parent)

Difficulties in Working Remotely

【Work from Home】
・I cannot use the support service by assistants while at work (because of the regulations). (Mobility Impairment)
・I cannot get support I need in understanding visual information. (Visual Impairment)
・I find it difficult to join teleconferences. (Hearing Impairment)
・I cannot concentrate on my work when I’m staying at home by myself. (Developmental Impairment)

【Staggered Working Schedule (to avoid rush hour commuting)】
・I cannot change my commuting schedule because the non-step bus schedule is fixed. (Mobility Impairment)
・Leaving home later than usual makes it easier to go to the office, but coming home later puts pressure on my body. (Mobility Impairment)

【Remote Meetings】
・I cannot type fast enough to take notes. (Mobility Impairment)
・The software for remote meetings does not support the screen reader, making it difficult for me to operate the system. (Visual Impairment)
・The sound quality is low, making it difficult for me to hear. The quality of image is also poor, so I cannot lipread. (Hearing Impairment)
